The Pennsylvania Link to Aging and Disability Resources (PA Link) is part of a nationwide effort to improve access to long-term services and supports for older adults, individuals with disabilities and veterans, regardless of income, through an integrated network of collaborating partner agencies. PA Link and PCA are partnering together to promote person-centered decision-making and to enhance the quality of services in Philadelphia County.
