PCA Celebrates PASSi at 20th Anniversary Gala
On Thursday, May 15, 2025, PCA proudly joined community leaders, advocates, and supporters at the Normandy Farm Hotel & Conference Center in Blue Bell, PA, to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Penn Asian Senior Services (PASSi). The event honored two decades of PASSi’s outstanding work providing culturally and linguistically attuned care to older adults across the Greater Philadelphia region.
PCA President & CEO Najja R. Orr attended the gala and offered remarks recognizing PASSi’s commitment to compassionate, community-centered care. “PASSi is not just a provider—it is a trusted advocate, a bridge across cultures, and a lifeline for so many,” Orr said. He praised PASSi’s leadership, including CEO Ken Yang and Board Chair David Miller, for advancing the vision of PASSi’s late founder, Ms. Im Ja Choi.
Orr also highlighted the strong partnership between PCA and PASSi, particularly in the areas of home care coordination and caregiver support. “Our shared commitment to helping older adults live with dignity, independence, and culturally connected care is at the heart of everything we do,” he noted.
PCA congratulates PASSi on this incredible milestone and looks forward to continuing to work together to serve older adults throughout our diverse communities.
