Positive Self-Management Program
Date: Thursdays – October 13, 20, 27, November 3, 10 and 17
Time: 10 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
In the six-week Positive Self-Management Program, participants with HIV will learn new ways to take charge of their health and learn tips to manage symptoms, nutrition, pain, medication, stress, depression, fatigue and overcome physical limitations.
