Diabetes Self-Management Program
Date: Tuesdays – February 14, 21, 28, March 7, 14 and 21
Time: 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
In this virtual, six-week Diabetes Self-Management Program, participants will learn to take charge of their diabetes and associated symptoms including fatigue, pain, low/high blood sugar, stress, and emotional difficulties. Additional topics include:
- Improving strength and endurance
- Healthy eating and menu planning
- Blood sugar and medical management
- Proper foot care
- Communication skills
