RFP Transportation
PCA seeks a transportation company to provide “non-medical transportation services” to Philadelphia seniors between 60-64 years of age.

RFQ – Structural Engineering Services – Sixth Floor Assembly Analysis
PCA seeks quotations from qualified structural engineering consultants or firms to conduct a site survey of PCA’s main building located at 642 N. Broad Street, with particular focus on the structural capacity for assembly on the sixth floor of the historic building under IBC Type IV-C.
