PCA is holding a Public Hearing to obtain comments on the fiscal year 2023-2024 proposed budget. It will be held on Wednesday, June 21 from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at PCA Headquarters, 642 N. Broad St, Philadelphia, PA 19130. Registration can be found here.

The Public Hearing will begin with a review of key points in the fiscal year 2023-2024 proposed budget.  The majority of the Public Hearing, however, is reserved for stakeholders to provide comments on the plan and budget. At the end of the Public Hearing, there will be time for questions and answers.

Where possible, those presenting testimony will be grouped by issue area, in order to provide more continuity in the presentations.
