Meet the Artist: Thelma Segal

In celebration of Older Americans Month, Philadelphia Corporation for Aging's "Seniors Celebrate the Arts" features a wide array of arts-related activities, presented with the support of PECO.

"Seniors Celebrate the Arts" is a month-long, city-wide celebration showcasing the talent and creativity of older Philadelphians and offering seniors the opportunity to experience the visual arts, music, drama, dance, poetry and more.
