The 5 Rights of Medication Management Educational Kit was created to assist aging services providers in presenting educational programs about proper medication management to older adults. It is a complete educational kit containing all the information and materials necessary to deliver a health education program on the topic of medication management. Developed by Philadelphia Corporation for Aging, the PrimeTime Health Promotion Program is funded by the Pennsylvania Department of Aging.
