Testimony & Policy Positions

Testimony is generated by Philadelphia Corporation for Aging (PCA) in response to public hearings where we are invited to provide information and to advocate for the interests of the consumers we serve on a variety of topics including housing, transportation, utilities, funding and other legislative matters. PCA also generates position papers on topics of concern, in order to articulate and clarify the impact of public policy on the aging population.
