  •  Assistance purchasing medically needed supplies such as Tylenol, skin care products, adult briefs and bed pads not covered by insurance such as Medicare and Medicaid

Eligibility Guidelines for Financial Assistance
PCA’s Family Caregiver Support Program provides assistance, up to $200 a month, to unpaid caregivers of impaired adults, age 60 or over; or under age 60 with a diagnosis of dementia. The caregiver must be age 18 or older and must be providing daily, hands-on care. Support is provided on a sliding scale, based on the household income where the care recipient resides. Home modifications of up to $2000 can also be made.
Due to limited resources and high demand, there is a waiting list for these services.
