The Senior Vice President oversees a comprehensive range of community and home-based programs that enrich the lives of Philadelphia’s older adults and those with disabilities, to enable them to achieve their maximum levels of health, independence and productivity.

Through its Community Relations staff, PCA reaches out to consumers, community groups, community agencies, and clergy to inform them of services available to older adults. Learn more
This information and referral service links callers with programs, services and resources for older adults within PCA or in the community. Helpline staff also provide intake for PCA services. Learn more
The Housing Department performs repairs and modifications on individual homes, engages in housing advocacy, produces resource materials and participates in training and research. Learn more
Long Term Care provides a wide range of home-based services that help thousands of Philadelphia’s elderly and adults with disabilities to avoid nursing home placement and remain at home, as safely and as independently as possible. The department also assists individuals with living options, provides support for family caregivers and investigates reports of elder abuse, neglect, exploitation or abandonment. Learn more
The Program Management Department manages PCA’s many community-based programs, including home-delivered and congregate meals, senior community centers, in-home support, insurance counseling, legal services, center-based mental health services, volunteer and employment programs, health promotion, and access to transportation. The department also develops service specifications and requests for proposals and monitors and evaluates provider performance. Learn more
