Rules for User-Generated Content
PCA reserves the right to refuse to post or to edit or remove, in whole or in part, any submissions you make to the Sites (i.e. user-generated content including but not limited to comments, forum messages, and photographs) (the “Submissions”) that is, in PCA’s sole discretion, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unacceptable or undesirable. PCA has the right but in no way the obligation to exercise such reservation of rights.

You further agree that you will not threaten or verbally abuse others, use defamatory or discriminatory language, or deliberately disrupt discussions with repetitive messages, meaningless messages or "spam." The Sites shall be used only in a noncommercial manner. You shall not, without the express approval of PCA, distribute or otherwise publish any material containing any solicitation of funds, advertising or solicitation for goods or services.
By submitting information to the Sites, you grant PCA a perpetual, nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty free, sub-licensable license to the Submissions, which includes without limitation the right for PCA or any third party PCA designates, to use, transmit, copy, cache, tag, encode, modify, adapt and display such information in any and all media now know or hereinafter devised and represent that you have all necessary rights in such Submissions.
