Self-Help And Resource Exchange (SHARE) - Emergency
SHARE is a program where people can purchase a package of food for $19.00 plus two hours of community service.  This package of food is worth $40.00-$50.00 in the grocery stores.  There are no income guidelines.  The food is purchased by SHARE food buyers from growers, brokers and packaging plants.  SHARE operates through host organizations: churches, community centers, business, schools, senior centers and medical centers.  SHARE offers senior package with a variety of foods selected especially for seniors' dietary needs and interests.
