Service Details

American Kidney Fund - Medical Assistance
Provides direct financial assistance to kidney disease patients who cannot afford costs related to their treatment, i.e., transportation, prescriptions, special dietary needs, help with living expenses, etc.  Other program services include: public and professional education, research, community services, kidney donor development, conferences and workshops.  Patients must reside in the U.S., have chronic kidney disease and be financially needy.  No fee for services.
