Adult Day Services at Journey's Way is a completely integrated program of care that provides a healthy and engaging social environment with nurses, therapists, social workers and aides. The services are provided at affordable day and half-day rates including meals. The Day Services Center provides a place for adults to enjoy an active and meaningful day in a safe environment outside of their own home and with support for caring families. Philadelphia Corporation for Aging currently contracts with this center. Journey's Way is a program of Intercommunity Action, Inc, a not for profit organization.
