Families of Murder Victims (FMV) Program
FMV is a program of the Anti-Violence Partnership of Philadelphia.  FMV provides emotional support and information about the criminal justice system to co-victims of any Philadelphia homicide victim.  Also provides free individual counseling to adults and children and support groups.
